Enterprise House - Hub of the Month

Enterprise House, located near to the heart of Barnard Castle, manages offices designed for companies of all sizes, whether an SME or an entrepreneur establishing a business as well as offering a service for virtual tenants.

Offices are available for lease on flexible terms, either monthly or annually.  All offer high-speed broadband and there is Wi-fi throughout. All utilities, service and maintenance, with a private, professional daily cleaning service included.  There is a professional reception to receive calls, visitors and to support tenants’ requirement, a kitchen, shower room and a secure bicycle store.  Ample free parking, dedicated to Enterprise House, for tenants and their visitors, is right outside the door.

There are two meeting rooms to rent that accommodate 8-40 people with the larger offering state-of-the-art AV equipment with touchscreen technology. These rooms are available to many different groups – tenants, businesses and charities.

For those wanting some office space it is easily accessible from Durham Dales, Tees Valley, North Yorkshire and Cumbria. Enterprise House is also perfect for businesses to meet at a central point that have personnel in multiple offices around the country.

In 2018 Enterprise House celebrated 20 years of helping small and medium businesses prosper and develop. During two decades, we have helped many tenants to successfully develop and grow their businesses.

This innovation hub continues to boast a variety of companies from start-ups to more established organisations, many of them ‘niche’ in their field.
Enterprise House is ideally placed to offer a complete service to both existing, virtual and new tenants, and also visitors.
